A client reached out to DBS with the concerns about the basement in their home. It had been leaking water and the home required multiple services to make sure the home was dry this winter. Both the basement and crawl space needed maintenance, the first step in waterproofing is to install our WaterGuard® system, which is a floor drainage system to guide water out of the house. Next, we installed the TripleSafe™ sump pump system to manage the water throughout the entire house, along with a WaterWatch® alarm system to make sure the water is monitored. We also installed IceGuard® to prevent floors from clogged or frozen discharge lines. The final step was the installation of CleanSpace®, a moisture barrier installed in the crawl space to make the area repellent to any moisture.
