This homeowner reached out to DBS due to ongoing water problems in their basement. They needed to sell their house as soon as possible and were keen to fix the water issues to make it more attractive to potential buyers. The water mainly originated from one corner of the basement, starting at the shower and flowing towards the existing sump pump location.
Solution
Our Design Specialist visited the property and recommended the installation of a new sump pump and BrightWall paneling to help reduce water in the basement and direct it toward the sump pump. The main aim was to keep the basement dry and prevent any further water damage before putting the house on the market. Once our team went in, the installation was quick and easy. They conducted a final walk-through with the homeowner, who was very pleased with the results!
