Solution
Our Design Specialist carefully assessed the homeowner's needs and recommended the installation of the SaniDry® dehumidifier along with insulating the basement rim joist. This dual approach aimed at securing dryness in the basement while concurrently enhancing the energy efficiency of the entire home. The project progressed successfully with the demolition of wall sections and the application of spray foam to the rim joist.
