This customer approached DBS with concerns about their basement, aiming to maintain a dry storage space. The emergence of puddles in specific areas indicated a need for a permanent solution. The presence of a 5" step up into an additional slab added complexity to the drainage issue.
Solution
DBS proposed a Waterguard® installation in front of the 5" step up to address the drainage challenge effectively. This solution was designed to ensure proper water management in the basement, providing a permanent fix for the puddling issue.
