Waterproofing Solution for Basement Finishing Project in Duluth, MN

This homeowner in Duluth, MN was in the process of finishing the basement of their home. However, they needed to find a solution for their water intrusion problem before continuing on with the project. Solution
Foreman Zach Royer led the installation of this project with help from a crew. The team created trenches around the perimeter of the basement and placed our WaterGuard® drain lines within. These drain lines are able to collect water intrusion from the floor joists and walls of the home. The water is then transported to the sump pump and removed from the home. Finally, the drain lines are covered with concrete for a flush look.
This homeowner can now finish their home improvement project without worrying about water damage or intrusion!
