The owner of this home in Duluth, MN reached out to us looking for help with their damp basement. One of our Design Specialists visited the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist created a quote for our Basement Waterproofing Service.
Solution
One of our crews went to the home to install our Basement Waterproofing products. First, they installed WaterGuard® french drains along the perimeter of the basement in small trenches that they jackhammered. Then they poured engineered fill-rock over the drains and smoother over the trenches with cement for a clean finish. They also installed a new sump pump in the basement to help remove water from the area. This solution will help ensure that the basement stays drier so that the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.
