These homeowners in Duluth, MN were struggling with a wet and leaky basement. They wanted to find a professional and permanent solution so they reached out to DBS for help.
Design Specialist Zach Guilliams assisted the homeowner with a free, no-obligation estimate. After s careful inspection, Zach recommended our WaterGuard® French Drain System.
Solution
Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together, the team placed the drain lines within trenches around the perimeter of the basement. These drains collect the water and transport it to the sump pump. New concrete is then used to cover the drains and create a flush finish.
These homeowners can now relax knowing their home is healthy and dry!
