New Homeowner in McGregor, MN Gets Help from DBS After Discovering Foundation and Water Issues in Basement

The owner of this home in McGregor, MN discovered their new home had foundation and water issues. Looking for solutions to both, they reached out to DBS.

A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, they generated a free quote that recommended our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System for the foundation issues as well as our waterproofing system.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 4 PowerBrace™ i-beams to permanently stabilize the foundation walls in the basement. For the water issues, the crew installed our WaterGuard® french drain system and a sump pump to expel water up and away from the foundation. To finish the waterproofing aspect of the project, the crew installed a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier.

Now that the home has been permanently stabilized and properly waterproofed, the homeowner can relax more peacefully in their new home.
