Mold and Leakage in Forever Duluth, MN Home Fixed with WaterGuard® System

This homeowner needed help with their forever home in Duluth, MN. Water damage and mold had become a problem in the basement and the homeowner wanted it to be resolved quickly and permanently. 

Design Specialist Quentin Roth assisted the homeowner in a free no-obligation estimate to find the right solution for their forever home. Once the inspection was complete, Quentin recommended the installation of a WaterGuard® Drain System.

Foreman Tyler Nacey led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team removed concrete in the basement and installed the drainage pipes and sump pump. This French drainage system collects water before it enters your basement. The pipes lead to the sump pump that effectively discharges the water from the system, leaving the basement dry and mold-free.
