Wet Basement Caused by Cracked Walls Solved by DBS Waterproofing Solution

The owner of this home in Lake Elmo, MN noticed that cracks had formed in their basement walls and was letting water in. Water in your basement creates the perfect environment for mold growth, a big health concern. The homeowner reached out to DBS after becoming frustrated with the issue. 

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Henrik generated a quote for them for our waterproofing system.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed our WaterGuard® french drain system to help direct water into their sump pump so it can be pumped out and away from the foundation.

Now that the basement has been properly waterproofed, the homeowner can relax more comfortably in their healthy home. The homeowner also hired DBS to install wall repair solutions at a later date in an attempt to correct the cracks in the walls.
