Homeowners in Rochester, MN wanted to invest in their home and gain more space by finishing their basement. Our Basement Finishing Sales Manager Denny Meints was the Design Specialists for this project. He visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for this basement finishing project. After a close inspection and thorough consultation with the homeowner, Denny created a custom design for a finished basement. The DBS team of expert carpenters installed our water resistant products, as well as completed base electrical; installing outlets, switches, jacks, lighting, and other finishes. The homeowners chose MillCreek Flooring™, a scratch resistant and moisture-proof flooring, in our mahogany color. Our team also installed our EverLast™ wall panels and ceiling panels with recessed can lighting. The owners opted to replace a half bathroom as well. We worked with the homeowners to install the design and materials that worked best for their space. The homeowners were thrilled with our work and now have a fully-finished basement to enjoy!
