Basement Finishing Photo Album: Total Basement Finishing and Waterproofing System Installed In Minneapolis, Minnesota

Water damage was present and musty odors were flowing through the home when DBS arrived.  DBS Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home rich recommended installing our WaterGuard® french drain system and a TripleSafe™ sump pump to keep water out of this basement for good. A new discharge line was installed that drains into their flower bed area. ZenWall™ wall paneling was recommended to keep the walls dry, and insulated. The ZenWall™ system directs any unwanted water to the WaterGuard® system and out of this home while providing insulation to the basement. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Brandon Whiting and his production crew.
