Basement Finishing Photo Album: Total Basement Finishing™ in Minneapolis, MN

While they have lived in their house for many years, homeowners in Minneapolis, MN have not been able to spend quality time in their unfinished basement. They reached out to DBS after seeing our ads and wanted to learn how we could help them. Once they met with our Design Specialist, Denny Meints, who evaluated the basement and explained our installation process, the owners were eager for one of our crews to come and offer the basement a complete remodel. Our foreman, Brandon Whiting, and his crew used Total Basement Finishing's patented materials to ensure the basement remains waterproof, mold-resistant, and energy-efficient while looking great! The raw walls had EverLast™ Basement Wall Panels installed on them which gave a new look while insulating at the same time. We also installed MillCreek™ flooring on the bare concrete floors which do not rot, support mold growth, or expand and buckle when wet. A SaniDry™ dehumidification system was installed in the basement to ensure it will remain dry no matter what weather conditions happen. The homeowners now have a warm, dry and liveable basement space to enjoy!
