Solution
Design Specialist, Henrick Makitalo, went to see the problem. The basement had areas of mold from water coming in, which caused some problems in the floor and walls. The floor needed the areas with water damage replaced and the walls were wood. The family was very unhappy with their prior basement always having a sense of mildew and the frustration of dealing with ongoing water damage.
Upon arrival, Henrick recommended our SaniDry dehumidifier, which works very effectively in basement waterproofing and to maintain the temperature to protect against humidity. We also gave the client a sample of our floor plan and the replacement we would install for them. After doing so, the client was extremely satisfied with DBS.
