Overall, job was done within the timeframe given and completed as described.
Very informative and detailed
They did a good job despite having some delays. They had vehicle issues that delayed the inside crew an entire day. But, in the end, they still completed within the time frame given. The crew also had some issues finding materials at the local supply stores. We would have thought they would have had everything before the job began. But, again, they did get everything done within the time frame.
No issues. Inside was very clean. Outside crew backfilled and rough graded as stated in the contract.
What made you choose our company:
Went to a home improvement show in Grand Rapids, MN in early 2020 specifically looking for a basement contractor. DBS was there and I liked what I was presented with. The home visit went well and we decided to move forward. Very pleased with the end result and look forward to no longer having water issues in our house.
