Very good customer service.

Overall very satisfied. Steve had a few issues with his computer and some figuring. But very thorough and professional. Crew member thought that inside basement window trim was not in the bid. I would have liked that as an option. Don't remember if we discussed that or not.

Hardworking almost thorough young men. A couple issues: 1) 2 of the 4 basement windows do not track properly and do not lock. 2) The crew seemed rushed in the last evening so shims were not removed from both the inside and outside basement windows. 3) Crew was not aware of the dehumidifier system that was in the bid so could not install. Will be delivered at a later date. Overall, I am still very satisfied with their work.

I would give them a 4+. They really did quite a good job of cleanup considering how messy this type of work is.
