I had a site visit set up within a few days of the time I first called. This was amazing and exactly what I needed since our floor was collapsing and in need of immediate repair. The project was completed within a month of my initial contact. It does not get any better than that, especially since the work was done during the Minnesota winter!

Rich showed up on time, inspected the crawl space and foundation, and drew up a workable plan with an agreed on price. The project was done exactly as Rich described it.

The crew (jacobi, Jose, Jamie, and Zach B) did a great job. They spent 5 days working in cold weather and kept me informed of all procedures with a time line. I asked a lot of questions and always got straightforward answers. This was a complex project that required replacing the main floor beam that was rotting causing the floor joists to sag. The crawl space is only 18" high and these guys worked under there in the dirt and accomplished the job. I live 150 miles from Duluth and they showed up on time every day. The crawl space is now enclosed, sealed, and insulated, the floor is now level and solid, and the yard is completely cleaned up, cleaner than before all the work. This crew was amazing. I would certainly recommend DBS to any one needing serious foundation repair.
