DBS Residential Solutions is thrilled to announce the addition of Reed Peer to our team as a Design Specialist at our Duluth location. Reed joined DBS in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique skill set that makes him a valuable asset to our team and our clients.

Reed's professional journey is as diverse as it is impressive. Before joining DBS, he served as a guide on Lake Superior and Kodiak Island, Alaska. This role honed his customer service skills and his ability to build strong relationships with clients. Additionally, Reed has hands-on construction experience from building sleeper ice houses for LOTW Sleepers, where he developed a deep understanding of teamwork and project management.

One of Reed's standout qualities is his positive, can-do attitude. This outlook enables him to learn from mistakes, collaborate effectively with his team, and see projects through to successful completion. Reed is particularly excited about his role at DBS because it allows him to help clients find solutions that enhance their quality of life.

Outside of the office, Reed is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys fishing, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his friends and family. If given the chance to dine with any historical figure, Reed would choose Teddy Roosevelt, inspired by Roosevelt's curiosity for the natural world and his adventurous spirit.
