DBS Welcomes Amy Highum as a Concrete Repair Specialist

DBS Residential Solutions is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Amy Highum, who has joined us in 2024 as a Concrete Repair Specialist. Based in our Metro office, Amy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, having worked in customer service for over two decades.

Amy’s extensive background has equipped her with an impressive level of confidence and sound judgment, enabling her to handle any situation with ease. Her previous experience as an operational leader has significantly honed her communication skills, allowing her to connect effectively with everyone she meets. This makes her particularly excited about interacting with our homeowners, as she enjoys building connections and learning how she can best assist them.

Despite her busy schedule, Amy expresses a keen interest in taking dance and yoga classes, golfing, and traveling during her free time. When asked about her dream dinner guest, she chose Sophia Petrillo, stating, "She would have the best stories and advice. Plus, she's an amazing classic Italian cook and loves cheesecake!"
