Blake Gregg joined the DBS family in 2023, initially serving as a Co-Foreman in concrete repair services. Demonstrating remarkable skill and dedication, he swiftly ascended to his current role as Concrete Repair Design Specialist. Blake's professional journey is characterized by his diverse background in Facility Operations and high-end hospitality, culminating in a robust skill set that perfectly complements his new position.

What sets Blake apart is his unwavering commitment to teamwork, coupled with exceptional project management abilities. His adept problem-solving capabilities, particularly under pressure, have proven invaluable to our team time and again. Blake approaches challenges with a blend of common sense, learned knowledge, and innovative thinking, consistently delivering effective solutions across all facets of his role.

Blake's passion for his work is palpable, fueled by the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded colleagues in enhancing customers' quality of life. An avid road bicyclist, Blake embarks on long-distance rides spanning up to 300 miles in just four days, showcasing his determination and endurance. When not on the road, he can be found indulging in his love for gardening, striving for sustainability in every endeavor.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys spending time with his dogs and exploring his musical interests. As a devoted fan of grunge and alternative music, he admires Kurt Cobain for his pioneering spirit and creative vision and he could have dinner with any historical figure it would be him to discuss Cobain's profound impact on the music industry and his journey as an artist.
