Whole CrawlSpace
This is what the entire condition of the crawlspace was.
Hole in Ceiling
Very poor insulation.
Moisture Buildup
There is a lot of moisture in this crawlspace, which is not good for homes as this can cause mold and other issues.
Subfloor Rotting
The subfloor was rotting out, indicating moisture and mold growth.
Wet Block
This block was located at a vent, which is not healthy as mold can grow and go throughout the home.
Copper Line and Heating Fin
Both the copper line and heating fin looked damaged from the crawlspace settling.
Support Beam and Falling Insulation
The support beam is in good condition but the insulation is falling out of the ceiling.
Corner Rotted Out
This isn't a good sign for crawlspaces. This indicated there is moisture entering the space and making it a welcoming place for rodents and pests.
Thermal Camera
This helps us see where drafts and humidity are coming from.
SprayFoam
We sealed off the edges of the crawlspace so no rodents or bugs could get in.
Line for Sump Pump
Upgraded system.
Cleanspace on Ground
We laid down clean space and used spray foam to seal off the elements.
Single Space
To help with drainage
Laying down the CleanSpace
Before we seal off the crawlspace with sprayfoam!
