Annual Maintenance on Basement Waterproofing System from 2020 in Duluth, MN

This customer contacted DBS in 2020 after dealing with water in their basement for a couple of years. They wanted to sell their house in the next couple of years and wanted to make sure the basement wouldn't be a hassle for the next owners. When our Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, went out to the property, he recommended installing a 95ft WaterGuard® system and a TripleSafe™. 

Our crew installed these products in February 2020, and we have been keeping in touch with the homeowner since then. As part of our annual maintenance routine, we have been checking the products we installed to ensure their integrity and security. Recently, our Service Technician, Bo Meintz, visited the property to inspect the new waterproofing system, and we are happy to report that everything is still running smoothly!
