Photo Album: Uneven, Bouncy Floors in Minneapolis, MN Stabilized with SmartJack System

Homeowners of this older home in Minneapolis, MN had bouncy floors on their main level. Soft spots in the floor meant that support in the basements was lacking. DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder visited the home and gave a thorough inspection. He pinpointed the weak areas in the floor and evaluated the basement support system. Because this home was built in 1901, it is not surprising that some of the floor joists are starting to droop.
