Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation Prevents Freezing Pipes in Grand Rapids, MN

A cabin owner in Grand Rapids, MN had a dirt crawl space with very little insulation. They had issues with pipes freezing and bursting during winter months. Our ultra-dense TerraBlock™ foam insulation, underneath CleanSpace®, as well as closed-cell spray foam, were applied to the walls to fully seal and regulate temperature in the space. These products work together to keep, cold air, moisture, and pests at bay.
