A Special Message from DBS Regarding the CoronaVirus (COVID-19)
DBS is staying updated on the latest news and updates from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), as well as local government bodies as it pertains to the CoronaVirus (COVID-19). DBS Residential Solutions is committed to creating healthy, safe, and comfortable homes for our customers while honoring the safety of our employees and their working conditions.
We will operate business as usual, however, we want to share with you the precautions we are taking along with recommendations provided by the CDC in response to the pandemic, and the guidelines we will use, as we all navigate through the uncertainties of the next few weeks.
-
People who are feeling sick are asked to stay home and communicate with their direct supervisors.
-
6ft or more social distance is being practiced in the administrative office and on job-sites.
-
Our office will be cleaned throughout the day, with a focus on disinfecting high-touch areas.
-
Our production crews will be carrying extra hand soap and sanitizer on their trucks, as well as wearing gloves and dust masks during the day, and disinfecting high-touch areas before they leave the job site at the end of the day.
-
In addition, we will put up a plastic barrier to separate the work area from the home and limit as much contact as possible to the customer’s home/belongings.
-
Our Sales team will also be provided with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes to use and will be given dust masks to use for inspections, as needed.
-
We will work with each homeowner to do a thorough inspection, through various technological means, if necessary.
-
All of our forward-facing employees will avoid direct physical contact with customers; no handshaking.
With the safety of our customers and employees as our top priority, our sales team or production crews may ask you a few questions to ensure we understand your health and exposure status, as well as any safety concerns you may have about your home.
We expect to have open and honest conversations to ensure that health and safety are in the forefront of our work.
