The Brainstorm Workshop

Each week when you walk in the door to DBS residential solutions there is a new outlet for your creativity on the drawing pad.

Started when DBS moved to its new office location, it has been a fun tradition for the employees. At the beginning of each week, the employees are given a prompt to share their ideas. It has been a great way for everyone to connect and learn about each other.

When they first started this tradition, the first prompt was “It’s been 1 week in our new office. What’s your favorite thing so far?

It was a great way to have everyone connect on such an exciting event. The first building was very small compared to the new one.

The book is also a way for employees to let their humor out for everyone to enjoy:)

One question asked was “If you could choose to have someone else’s nose who’s nose would you pick?”. This prompt along with others bring out any artistic skills.

This workbook has been a great addition to DBS where we value each other, family, and friends.
