DBS Residential Solutions Adopts a New Mission Statement
For some time now we have been working to develop a mission statement that gets through to the core of why we’re in business. Having a strong sense of why we do what we do helps put a little pep in our step when we walk into work in the morning. It also lets our customers know what we’re about and how they should expect to feel in any of their interactions with us.
We understand the common beliefs about contractors, we’ve heard the stories of jobs gone wrong and unethical dealings. We aim to challenge those beliefs. By operating at the highest level of ethical standards we wish to change that status quo in the minds of our customers, giving them possibly their first positive contractor experience.
We also know there are beliefs about what can and cannot be done to help a home. The engineers of our network have developed almost thirty patented and well tested solutions to fix and protect your most important investment. These solutions go above and beyond current popular building problem fixes to provide a much more permanent solution.
It is so important to us to stress the importance of improving the lives of our customers and everyone we come into contact with through our residential solutions and memorable customer service. With the “WOW” customer service program implemented by our network, we are continuously learning and improving how we interact with our customers.
Including all of this into one statement is a challenge we lovingly took on and we believe we were successful in accomplishing our goal. Without further or due we would like to present our new mission statement:
