Stephen Walters

Stephen joined the DBS team in 2024 as one of our Co-Foremen in our metro location. From 2016 to 2020, he traveled across the United States installing liners for landfills and power plants year-round. During this time, he gained experience working with a variety of different crews. In 2020, he moved to Minnesota and began working as a diesel mechanic/automotive mechanic, where he learned to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. An unique quality he possesses is his ability to stay level-headed while completing work projects.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys fishing, running, biking, and playing card or board games. If given the chance to dine with any historical figure, he would choose Tom Brady. Hailing from South Carolina, football has always been a significant part of his life, and he made sure to watch almost every game he could. Stephen shared that he would love to have a conversation with Tom Brady about different plays, football's impact on his life, and what drove him to become the best.
