Scott Welch

Scott joined the DBS team in 2024 as a Co-Foreman in our concrete repair services. With a decade of diverse construction experience and an extensive toolkit, he brings a wealth of knowledge to our projects. His work on numerous projects has honed his ability to learn and adapt quickly, making him a valuable asset to our team. His infectious, positive attitude and spirit enable him to get along with anyone he meets. He prides himself on being able to solve any problem while maintaining quality craftsmanship to give people peace of mind and security in their homes.

When Scott isn't on the job, you can find him outdoors! He is a huge outdoorsman, and his favorite activities include hunting, fishing, playing golf, and camping. He also loves to cook, whether it is in the kitchen or outside making some barbecue. If he could dine with anyone, he would choose to dine with Theodore Roosevelt because he would like to catch a glimpse of his indomitable spirit and listen to the great stories he would tell!
