Shane Ng

Shane joined the DBS family in 2023 as a Foreman. He quickly advanced to roles including Field Supervisor, Inside Production Supervisor, and now, Production Manager. With prior experience as a Foreman, operator, and welder for a trucking service, Shane has developed a strong understanding of the various types of equipment used on job sites. He is particularly hands-on, enjoys learning new skills, and is able to pick them up quickly. Recently, Shane returned to a Foreman role, focusing on helping with concrete work and getting back out of the office to be more directly involved in the field. What excites Shane most about his role is the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to building DBS's "WOW" experiences for the future.

In his free time, Shane enjoys hunting, fishing, playing darts and caring for reptiles. If he were to have dinner with any historical figure, he would dine with Johnny Cash because he grew up listening to his music and would love to hear the stories behind his songs.
