Quentin Roth

Quentin originally joined the DBS team in 2021 as our Duluth Sales Manager and has since held multiple roles within the company. After taking some time off, he returned to DBS as a Design Specialist, eager to get back to his roots and apply his expertise directly with customers. Previously, Quentin served as our Director of Operations, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of our company’s values and mission.

Now, as a Design Specialist, Quentin leverages his comprehensive training in Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, and Concrete Services to help customers find solutions to their challenges. He also works closely with homeowners, offering personalized support to ensure they receive the best service possible.

Quentin has a strong background in customer care, sales, and service. His positivity and passion for helping people are contagious, and he enjoys inspiring his colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. What Quentin values most about working at DBS is the unique company culture, which emphasizes a family-first approach. He is also known for being an excellent coach, bringing out the best in his team members and helping them grow in their careers. He particularly enjoys solving problems that customers may have thought were impossible to fix.

In his spare time, Quentin enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, golfing, and watching his kids play sports! If he could have dinner with any fictional character it would be Norman Dale, the coach from "Hoosiers" because "He is fiery and passionate but is also understanding and empathetic and helps his team find the ability they didn't know they had within them."
