Heather Klingsporn

Heather joined the DBS team at the start of 2019 and is now our Learning & Development Coordinator. With 18+ years of coordinating and programming experience, she uses her passion for people to foster a great work culture here at DBS. 
Heather leads our recruiting and hiring efforts to help DBS meet our growth goals and benefits. Her favorite part about working at DBS is seeing staff grow within the company. She loves coming to work each day because of the supportive and friendly work environment.

When she is not in the office, Heather enjoys hiking, running, traveling, cooking, and reading a good book.
