Lifting Cracked Concrete Barn Floor in Barron, WI
Challenge
The floor of this barn had cracked into many pieces and each piece was sunken in a different way. The customer wanted to have a level floor, so each piece of the slab would need to be lifted individually.
Solution
After assessing the situation our specialist strategically planned the right approach to each independent piece to match the others. Our PolyLevel system helps makes this type of job significantly less complicated than a typical mud jacking system. A small hole was drilled into each of the major pieces that required lifting. After the hole was drilled we injected a specific amount of foam under the slab to get it to lift to exactly where we needed it to be. This process was continued for each area until the whole slab was back to a usable state. This customer now has a level floor in their barn that can be used safely for years to come!
