The homeowner mentioned to us that the slabs on both their front and back patios were sinking towards the foundation of the home. Concrete shifts and sinks as rain wash away soil, leaving voids for the concrete slabs to fall into. Frost also causes concrete to move around as it freezes and thaws, shifting concrete all year long.
Solution
